Depends on the rules, indices used, penetration, and which TC. Typically .25% to .30%.

    let say H17 8 deck 85% Pen, DAS, LS .I18 as indices. I spread 1-20 in a 10mins table.
    TC 3 - 15
    TC 4 - 25
    TC 5 - 30
    TC 6 - 50
    TC 7 - 75
    TC 8 - 100
    TC 9 - 125
    TC 10- 150
    TC 11- 175
    TC 12 - 200

12500 bankroll, is this ROR with this type of rule/game too high?

You're leaving it quite late to get your max bet out.

at what TC is a good point to max out my bet? If 1-20 present a too high rish, is 1-10 spread a viable to beat 8 deck?
    TC 3 -20
    TC4 - 40
    TC 5 - 80
    TC 6 - 120
    TC 7 - 160
    TC 8 - 200

i would go tc 4 $50, tc 6 $100 , tc 8 $150 . By wonging out and Tc -3 to tc - 4 right after the first deck( with 8 deck i m not quite sure of the wong out point) , a decent game with $12.5k bankroll, just under full kelly. Wonging out certainly gonna help you lower your ROR. i would definitely include some wonging in if possible but since it is a $10 game maybe it is not viable . good luck . FELT is a good count , i use it too. if you can spread to 2 spots at times ,then bet accordingly as tc 6 is about $ 75 each spot and tc 8 is about $110 each spot. With a 12.5k bankroll you will need to cut expense really low , under $5 an hour .

If it helps you. when i started i used to play around $120 for 4 hours and i would limit my expense to $30 a day ,that is including gas money. food and tip are from comp.
