Get them from the casino. Most offer their used cards for free or a small price. Just remember cards swell over time and use.

I have never heard of this. Who do you approach for the cards the pit boss or casino manager? And won’t this generate heat too

Typically the end up in Security's hands. Then they are made to not be able to be brought into play by drilling a hole in them or rounding a corner. Then they sell some in the gift shop and most places will allow security to give some out to those who ask.

Asked lady at front desk of casino, like casino help desk or something. All i did was ask if they had any cards, she gave me a box of 12 decks for free . Just told her I helped at a retirement home over the summer and they love playing cards or something lol.
