    Auto shufflers or hand shuffles?

For those that do count, do either of these matter at a blackjack table? I'm curious because from a ploppy viewpoint, i feel a difference when playing at a table with an auto shuffler. I know i dont count, so that experience i dont have, but i swear these suckers play like a slot machine. Then the logical explaination, there is no way a machine shuffling cards could predict how many people will be at the table, etc etc. I dont know but the games just seem weird.

For those that count, is there a difference in ypur experience on these machines?

(these are not CSM, they are auto shuffles and thats all they do).

    Hi, DG
I love ASMs because, like Sharky, I get many more Rounds Per Hour with them. I've played both ASM and hand shuffles for years (ASMs didn't exist when I started playing in 1979) and I see no difference in shoe composition over time.
The only downside to ASMs is that you have to carefully time your bathroom breaks because you have so little time between shoes.

    Best,
    SiMi

The timing of the whiz is certainly Influenced by where you are in the shoe. With only a few rounds left, March....March on, oblivious to the negativity which awaits you....surely it will fizzle before eroding your stack.

On the other hand, if you’re only half way through the shoe........go.....go forth to the land of urinals and seek relief on 2 veins.

    However, if you’re heads up.....tough luck.....play on.

That's what negative counts are for.

Not in normal play but big yes in shuffle tracking.
Luck is nothing more than probability taken personally!
