Play one or two hand against this talented dealer?

Unlike most dealers who can use only one hand draw one card from the shoe, this dealer can use both hands, simultaneously draw two cards out of the shoe, one card per hand. Playing head to head, you can play 200 hands per hour. But he is also super smart, he can switch two cards if he wants (to give himself ace or face card). Will you play one or two hands against him?

Does he have your best interest in mind, or the casinos?

If you're leaving him tips, I suppose he might be more inclined to favor you...But that also might be seen as collusion.

Honestly, unless I knew he for sure was trying to help the player win, that seems like it would be too much of a risk.

But that's just my inexperienced opinion.

I would be willing to bet that is a violation of the legal way cards must be dealt. But that varies by jurisdiction.

That is what I thought first. But then again, he can only do it when playing head to head. If there are two players or more, he has to do it in traditional way.

Experiment, slow him down, play two hands, put a tip out there, converse with him, with pit, etc. Some try to get you to leave their table so they can watch TV games of converse with pit or something. If I am losing, I would try other tables rather than play with some dealer I am uncomfortable with.

He isn't complaining about the speed of the game.

This would be a deal(er) killer for me. You aren't going to win if you are being cheated.

More "stupid sloppy superstition." He has NO IDEA which cards are coming next!

Textured cards can let him know by feel. A prism shoe can let him see the cards before they are pulled. Have you never heard of ST or card locating. I agree he probably doesn't know what the cards are but to say he has no idea what they are is naive.

Don’t be so sure. Textured cards were specifically mentioned, and confirmed in a book regarding this cheating technique in a Bahamas area casino. The author of the book is a guy named Al Simon. I also know him, though haven’t seen him for several years.

    Name if the book is
