    I would be more inclined to use the Wizard of Vegas list. The first source listed doesn't give pen which is important. However, you are right to say most conditions do not change much from month to month. I don't think Fine Tuners blackjack ratings for Las Vegas changed since June. Check out the casino with the red rock.

    Since BJ21 is listed as the copyright for the Wizard's list, I would guess the info came from CBJN.

    Think of it as a guide. The list is dynamic, constantly changing. You’ll have to do your own verifying.

    Basically accurate except in variation in minimum. In the strip, busy hours are 100, slow hours are 50. The penetration is slighterly better than 50%. The heat is tremendous, especially TI, SLS, Prazo, you are being watched so close that counter would not last more than one session. If you get back off in one shop in MGM chain, you will be identified in all shop. Off the strip, the 5 min. table usually full, the green chip table, you would see less players.
