    Yes, I have played at casinos that do not allow you to regturn to 2 hands or inctrease your hands to two and others that allow you to. I think this thread was frpo m someone who was wonging out completely and getting back in and he asked if that was allowed in the HL room. Most places I play, once you stay out completely, you cannot wong in.
