Question for Norm, or Anyone Else Who Knows the Answer

Within CVBJ, under the Heat Index Options, Norm has the heat index as follows (excerpt):

    Bet > 25: 5
    Bet > 90: 12
    Bet > 240: 15

My question is this: If the previous bet = 100, but the new bet = 250, does this lone new specific bet (250) heat index total 5 + 12 + 15 = 32 ??? ... or does it only total an additional 15 to the previous tally which may or may not include the previous 5 + 12 depending on what the minimum was ?

It means 15. But, it may also affect other entries in the table.

    Norm: One more quick question...
if I continue to bet at 250 for multiple hands, does it continue to tally the heat index penalty (15) each time, or is it just the first time that it breaks that barrier and future subsequent bets do not incur additional penalty??

Probably once. But, haven't looked at that for 15 years. Try the documentation.
