Long walks, +8 hours of sleep, good hearty breakfast...fast 'till supper (around 4-5 PM), and listen to some good tunes.

Helps me at least after working.

Good breakfast, light lunch, nap in middle of day if tired.

Actually, I play between 20 minutes and 2 hours a day on 4 days a week at local casinos. It's not much.

I average about 26 hours a month and that includes trips (1-2 a month).

I replenish myself by going on this forum and reading the crazies, the resident pros who are getting their jollies fighting each other or trying to tell everyone (who they think are dumb) who is or is not a troll or boasting about their undisclosed system, their hunting prowess or their sports analogies. It's a simple life.

Ditch the java, eat more fish and take up yoga. You'll be fine.

    2 questions
    1. Can you maintain your focus for 40 hours of play over 3 days?
    2. How long does it take you to recover.

My typical 3 day trip is about 18 hours of play. I sleep a lot over the next couple of days. Mind you, I'm somewhat older than you.

No I don’t lose focus..... I’m just obsessive guy that’s how I used to play video games.... we everyone was burning out ur neck of the words I used to play from 11 am till 4 am for a month straight driving around to all those joints. The most hours I ever got in a month... I think it was actual heads up play of 380 hours in a month.
