It opened a couple of years ago as a hotel only with a small amount of rooms available. I haven't seen the rooms, which needed updating, but the property is in surprisingly good shape. There's a concert venue, a half dozen restaurants and a glow in the dark mini golf course.

The new owner has started or is looking into starting the process of applying for a casino license. Does anyone miss their lousy single deck blackjack?

The main floor is 8 decks, H17, ASMs, no surrender with 70% to 75% pen. It was dead this morning so I'll return later to see if I might have missed any S17 or 6 deckers on the main floor. I got distracted by the wife beater who took on 4 security guards on the escalator. I told you it felt like Revel.

The high limit room, formerly Ultra Lounge, is 6 deck S17 with no surrender. I didn't get to see the pen because nobody was playing. Again, I told you it felt like Revel. Like the Golden Nugget high limit pit, surrender may be requested in this room. It's not advertised and you will have to drag it out of them. Here's a good one.

While surrender may be requested, you don't just walk in and ask for it. They want to check you out with your host first. I think we all know what that means. If you have played without surrender at any point in the day then ask for it, you will be denied. You will have to start the next day with surrender. I think it's a 24 hour period. No, you can't make this stuff up.
Why do they care about losing a max of 0.08% edge???? And you got people who actually use surrender surrendering 12s and 13s against 10,A. Probably a winning proposition for the casino. I mean, yeah surrendering slows the game down, but if you’re in the high limit room either offer it or don’t offer it.

Any low rollers here? I saw a $3 minimum table in Ocean Resort. No ante either. Table max is $5.

You can't even pay the dealers with those limits.
