composition dependant combinatorial analyzer (CDCA) question

I was playing around with the composition dependant combinatorial analyzer at this website http://www.bjstrat.net/cgi-bin/cdca.cgi

I was trying to understand what some of the numbers represent.

My question: In the upper chart, what does the EV in the various boxes mean?

For instance, under the 2 it says 9.995 in the EV row. What does a 9.995 expected value mean in the 2 column mean?

In the top box the boxes in the EV row are the EV's for the selected hand against the various dealer up-cards.

Th second box gives the probability of each dealer total for the hand selected against the dealer up-cards.

Thanks. Does an EV of 9.995 mean that for each dollar I spend I can expect that I will profit $0.09995 over the long haul?

I means for the conditions the cell represents your EV is that percentage of your bet.

I have had an offline version of one of these for some while and I've always wondered what advantage perfect play would have in the real world over a Hi-Lo count in, say, a 6 deck game where the dealer places the cut card about one deck from the end. Anybody ever done such an analysis ?

The referenced analysis evolved in complexity and accuracy several times based on useful input from this forum; following are a couple of additional threads with more accurate numbers and additional thoughts/comments:

    Brilliant eric. Thanks a lot.

As I've commented, the Tthree's insistence that the 20% increase in the hourly rate that Hi-Opt II gives is more than trivial is true of course, but when you're paying a cost of 200% more effort it puts it into a little more perspective. For some that won't be a great trade-off...
