I remember this guy was on one of the forums when he first put his notes up for sale (I think maybe on blackjackinfo - dunno if its still achieved?). He didn't seem to know much about anything once questioned and appeared to have gotten hold of the book and had tried to rewrite parts of it without little to no understanding of the content to make a quick buck!

I could be wrong but that's how it appeared. Does anybody else remember this?

I've seen the thread and you are pretty assure in your assessment.

MWP: do yourself a favor and check out the book sometime. A motivated person could write an entire book on the footnotes alone. I would add that some of the most valuable info pops up in unrelated chapters, hidden in plain sight. It's just not possible to summarize this book.

I have a copy of it and it's so true. It is not worth the $2000 - $2500 or so.

I have read both of James Grosjean's books.
Having said that, doubtless, you will be vastly disappointed.
Selling his books for absurd prices is pure unadulterated hilarity.

I don't have access to the book, but I have seen the notes. I only read a few pages of the notes so I can't really make an informed opinion. However, those Cliffs Notes were a God Savior in high school. I'm still waiting for a Cliffs Notes version of Blackjack Attack.

IMHO, the book explains why there is often a way to beat something deemed unbeatable by providing so many examples. That is its greatest ongoing value.

I already have access to the information it contains but feel I should purchase a copy of the book anyway as a collectible. Even at a couple thousand dollars, it’s a price easy to fade for a successful full-time AP with many years to go.

Maybe people have morals and don't want your pirated crap? That's just me though.
