    RoR decreases with increased ramp?

Using CVCX with 6D S17 DAS NSr OBBO 1-8 wong out at all counts below TC -1, and increasing the ramp to 1-12 with wong out at TC -1 dramatically reduces RoR by about 20%.

Why is this? Have I missed something?

Increased ramp improves margin (gross margin, if you look at it from a business perspective, which you should) , the increased revenue generated helps compensate for the losses incurred making waiting bets.

Spread, is your friend. You haven't missed anything.

    Makes no sense.

All other things being equal, if you raise your bets your variance will go up as will RoR.
Luck is nothing more than probability taken personally!

Depends how you are increasing your ramp. If you’re increasing your ramp by dropping your min bet while keeping same top bet of course will decrease risk.

Which is what I thought too. But keeping everything else the same the RoR decreases by about 20% going from 1-8 to 1-12? Obviously C-SCORE increases with a 1-12 spread but that doesn't affect RoR afaik.

Something has got to be amiss..

Min bet is the table minimum. Max bet is twelve times table minumum. It didn't change.

If you flat bet, your RoR is usually 100%.

A 1-12 spread is flat betting? What?
