However, where can I find the basic strategy ?
The referenced program is a composition dependent combinatorial analyzer. You can get the best strategy for any possible player hand by inputting a hand composition before clicking the compute button. There are 55 possible 2-card player hands - A-A, A-2, A-3, A-4, A-5, A-6, A-7, A-8, A-9, A-T, 2-2, 2-3, 2-4, 2-5, 2-6, 2-7, 2-8, 2-9, 2-T, 3-3, 3-4, 3-5, 3-6, 3-7, 3-8, 3-9, 3-T, 4-4, 4-5, 4-6, 4-7, 4-8, 4-9, 4-T, 5-5, 5-6, 5-7, 5-8, 5-9, 5-T, 6-6, 6-7, 6-8, 6-9, 6-T, 7-7, 7-8, 7-9, 7-T, 8-8, 8-9, 8-T, 9-9, 9-T, T-T. You could get the 2-card composition dependent basic strategy by inputting these 55 hands one at a time for a full shoe composition under player cards. You can input any possible player hand of any number of cards to see the best composition dependent strategy for that hand. The program can only output composition dependent strategies as opposed to total dependent strategies. You also have the option to alter starting shoe composition to something other than a full shoe. This would not yield basic strategy though since basic strategy is defined as the best strategy given a full shoe composition as the starting point.
