"Blackbelt in Blackjack" kindle version, chart bolding unreadable

Not sure if I need a subscription to ask this question, but here goes.

I'm a serious poker player getting into blackjack.

So far I've read Tamburin's 'Ultimate Blackjack' guide, 'Blackjack Life', and am currently going thru Blackbelt.

I'd like to use the 'Hi Low Lite' system for counting, but in the kindle e-book the indices (which are supposed to be bold for all games, and unbold for single- and double-deck games), the bold text is indistinguishable from non-bold in the charts

Can anyone fill me in on which indices are bold? If not, any suggestions on how to proceed? Do I need to buy the hard-copy, contact the publisher?

The insurance numbers for sure, should be Different. Double deck hi lo should be around 2.4, and for multi deck at 3.0. Hat should help.
