List of 3/2 pitch games on strip

I am looking for a list of pitch games on the Las Vegas strip.
I am aware of only two, and I haven't checked on them in several months:

Caesars High Limit room 2 deck, H17, cutting full deck off $200 min

Palazzo main floor by low limit Baccarat pit, 4 tables, $50 or $100 min, 2 deck, H17, cutting 2/3 deck off

Are there any others on the strip? I never go to Cosmo but have heard something about possibly a $500 pitch game there?
I know Encore deals two decks held in dealer's hand, usually $50 min, not pitch.

Is there anywhere on the strip where a request for this kind of game would possibly be entertained?

    Thanks,

Apparently, you are excluding DD games
    dealt face-up or
    dealt from DD shoes.

Correct, not interested in games dealt from a shoe, regardless of how many decks.

I cannot fathom why he cares whether or not the single or double deck game is hand-held. I would love to hear any guesses that the readers may have.
