Question for Norm (anybody) regarding index numbers

    Hi Norm! (or anybody)

    Quick question.

For the game of S17 REKO-F ENHC (6D) ES10 the surrender indices differ in the Modern Blackjack I. book (kindle version) from the link i attached here.
    https://www.qfit.com/book/ModernBlackjackPage264.htm

    Particularly 14 vs. 10 and 13 vs. 10.
    How's that?

    Which one shall i use?

    Thank You
    All the best

I don't know anything about Reko, so, since nobody has responded.

Surrender 13 v 10 requires a monster true count, so for ease use the 14 v 10 index. Keep in mind I gave looked at no reference materials.

To get a situation where you would have to surrender 13 versus 10 with REKO you'd need a running count of 30. I guess that's quite high.

It should equate to halves or hi lo true 8 and above to surrender 13 v 10.

Somehow, with junk on the screen, I rated the post, and rated it as unhelpful. My apologies. Maybe I can get Norm to cancel it, or transfer it to the English Pig Dog.

I play halves, tweaked by the FBM ASC, further adjusted by varying finger pressure, usually on the left nut.

Tweaks endorsed by the Hi Opt Brigade.

I have no idea who the Sonic guy is. If there is an opportunity to add to my repertoire - pray tell.

Oh, I was a tad slow on the uptake. Guess I need to stimulate my neural pathways.

It was driving him crazy! “Quit your job, sell all your property, and move to Las Vegas.” He finally decided to go for it; this must be destiny!

So the next day he quit his job, sold his home, and moved to Las Vegas. When he got there, the Voice said, “Go to the nearest casino.” So he went there. Then the Voice said, “Go to the high rollers blackjack table. Put all your money down on the first hand.” So he did, without any hesitation. The dealer put the cards out, and was showing a 9. The man had a 12. The Voice said, “Take a hit.” He scratched the table, and picked up a ten for 22. The Voice said, “Aw, crap!”

And I thought it was a Flash reference.
