    Tough single deck game possible?

Hey everyone, So there is this game played nearby. It’s a legal card party that consisted of:

5-7 seated, single deck. All face down cards (People tend to show at some point on win or loss). No shuffle was “ needed”. The dealers said.

The people running this gig seemed to really enjoy taking all the “idiot” players’ money so...

Any advice on how to beat this game ? Are there other methods other than getting a count out there? I feel like I could get people to show their hands but what if I couldn’t?

Maybe I got a read on 5 of the 6 players previous cards?

Maybe I ask to shuffle for cover? Lol. Any fun opinions and strategies for this game type is appreciated as we all could encounter a similar situation. Thanks for reading.

You cannot discuss this without outlining ALL of the rules in effect.

If the rules are (truly) excellent, AND you can see most of the cards,

and you are a very skilful player, you still will not be able to vary your

bets. As such you have no means of gaining an edge.

So ... this is a social game?
    What are the stakes?
The dealer rotates upon receiving a
BJ or the dealership is auctioned off?
    That is called "Caddy Blackjack"

The dealers were 2 people ( punks lol) rotating... blackjacks were paid out as even money.Caddy blackjack sounds fun but this was random joes showing up as the dealers only...

You know me... Lf any tricks people have to possibly beat them....I don’t remember insurance rules I’m guessing there was none. But perhaps. If it seems impossible then ok?

A tactic to manipulate everyone else to show their cards would be to throw cards face up every time to make it easier for payouts and scooping up cards for the dealer. Then maybe everyone else would follow. Then the game becomes countable as people tend to show cards to make the game move smoother. Lame but yea...it seems real tough. Don’t you wanna help me take it to the house?

Any other “tricks” /thoughts are still welcomed.

A game as you are describing, even if it had the best rules possible
is a very bad game. The "cost" of Even Money BJ's is 2.35% if my
    memory serves.

Even I could not beat your game. The "punks" knew that they are
assured big profits by not paying a standard BJ Premium. "Punks
    "?

You never answered my request for the rules that this game is played
with. Do you think that all games have the same rules?

APing a private game successfully is an excellent way to get beat up.

Are you saying that there is no shuffle? If so, it sounds even more like a setup.

So you really think they won't care if you're successful at taking their money?
