I've read a lot of posts saying to always pre-bet your doubles and splits b/c it gets more hands/hr which makes sense. However there are times deep in shoes where TC can change quickly from cards dealt during the hand. In a middle or late position seat I'd want to see the other cards before placing the split/double bet. This would seem like a big counter tell to me though since you've been pre-betting all double/splits until now and all of the sudden you're betting way more and delaying your split/double decision until seeing all cards.

Also similarly, after busting a hand, waiting until all cards have been dealt before placing next round's bet.

So I'm wondering is the timing important for:
-the split/double on the initial bet
-making the bet for the next round after busting out
