    KO Indices for A9 vs Dealer 4,5,&6 for double deck?

    In 2 Deck play all and 6&8 Deck backcount I use the COBJ play/bet approach combined with about 25 indices from Norms KO (running count of course) Modern BJ full indices 2,6, and 8 deck tables. For the 2 deck game ONLY, what are the 3 KO indices for A9 vs dealer 4 thru 6? I never split 10s but I think I would double A9 if heat is otherwise low.
    Thanks in advance.

    Using the IRC as -5 for DD and for rules DD H17, DAS, RSA:

    A9 vs 4 double >= 6
    A9 vs 5 double >= 4
    A9 vs 6 double >= 4

    All in running counting.

    Thank you very much and those are the rules I play...
    Since Norm in Modern BJ has
    A8 vs 4 double >= 2
    A8 vs 5 double >= 0
    A8 vs 6 double >= -2
    I’m a little surprised there isn’t a difference in A9 vs 5 & 6....
    Any chance there’s a typo?

    I generated those indices myself. I have all the KO/REKO 100+ indices for single and DD which I don't use anymore because I switched to a level 3.
