There's the one obvious to all of us - poor game conditions to thwart one or two low level APs at the expense of their overall bottom line.
They think they are immune to economic conditions re employees and salaries. In this time of almost full employment, so many casinos have staff shortages. Why? They think they are an island in the economy and refuse to pay competitive wages to attract people to their open jobs.
