I know a recreational golfer wh thought spending $$$ buying the same golf clubs as Tiger Woods would help his game. First time he used the new clubs, he shot worse than with his old garage sale bough golf clubs. He is still trying to get better with his new clubs.

I would say there is less competition today than years ago.

MWP, as you know casinos are corporations, and like any other corporation is constantly, evaluating and restructuring all the time. They think they are immune to economic conditions re employees and salaries. In this time of almost full employment, so many casinos have staff shortages. Why? They think they are an island in the economy and refuse to pay competitive wages to attract people to their open jobs.
