CVData - Number of Rounds for Accurate SIM

In CVData the setup recommends a minimum # of rounds at 200,000,000 for accurate results.

My question is... at approximately "what number of rounds" does an increase in rounds have essentially zero impact on accuracy?

When running a sim involving the tracking of a single player, the time-to-completion is never really an issue. BUT, when tracing multiple seats, the time-to-completion becomes more of an issue. But.... I prefer accuracy over speed.

Bottom line question: How many rounds, especially when tracking multiple seats? 200M? 500M? 1B? Something else?

    Thanks

Depends on several variables; but mostly bet spread. 200M is actually a small number. I never run that few. You can see the standard error in the results as the sim runs.

    Thanks for the response, Norm.

I'm not a dumb guy, BUT I don't have a background in statistics. So, I had to do some research on standard error. But that's okay. I now feel more comfortable in selecting my sample size.
