Is this a general "short hand" summary of basic strategy?

I ordered these little cheat cards long ago for basic strategy. They look like they are pretty rough to memorize, and they differ for different game rules. I saw this the other day:

    http://www.bicyclecards.com/how-to-play/blackjack/

At the end it has a little summary on basic strategy. Very simple to understand and remember. Is this a decent summary, so I can start with this, then slowly learn deviations from this over time based on the basic strategy charts? Or is this just so wrong that one should steer clear at all costs?

    Thanks!

I just read the little blurb about rules etc. Spbasuc descrubed is substandard. Also, though I didn't look that hard, there wasn't an indication of ripples to be applied.

You need to locate basic strategy cards based on the rule set you are using.m

I can't find the link on Basic Strategy on that site. Please provide exact link to us so that we can actually find it.

https://wizardofodds.com/games/black...gy/calculator/ This page is where you would enter in the exact number of decks and rules of the Blackjack games at hand and it will provide you with the correct basic strategy for the game (FYI there is only one Basic Strategy for one particular number of decks and particular set of rules by definition). It is a trustworty source by Industry Expert Michael Shakleford. If you haven't heard of him, look up his credentials and accomplishments as well as his purpose of providing UNBIASED gambling-odds information to the public. I hope the people that wish to walk OUT of the darkness and INTO the light are successful in doing so but only if it is determined to be so.

I'm sorry but if you ordered (and have) the basic strategy cheat cards, why wouldn't you use them instead of implementing a "simpler" strategy from Bicycle? First, that strategy, though NOT incorrect is NOT complete. AND if you HAVE the cards, no casino that I know will stop you from using BS cards while playing as long as you do not unduly delay the game. I have played many, many times where someone will pull these cards out of their pocket to consult during play; others even leave them out in front of them. After you have played awhile (and with a modicum of work and practice) you will memorize BS any way. Using the card to me would at least stop you from making any BS mistakes while playing and would cover any situation that arises for any dealer up card v. your cards. Why not use them?

    Try these.

Learn 26 rules and you know basic strategy. Then learn the few adjustments for various other rule and deck sets.
