CVData and CVCX different SCORES question

When I ran my sim in CVData it said my game has a score of 43.34.

But when I call CVCX it says that my game has a score of 48.05.

    Why is this? Thank you.

Better question: why is one win rate $26.99 per hour while the other is $46.99? You're doing something wrong.

I really do try to figure this stuff out on my own before I ask questions. But yeah, I'm stumped.

Maybe I somehow wound up using an unlicensed CVData. Terrible theory but it would explain why I get inconsistent and non-sensible output.

If you call CVCX from CVData, it will ignore the betting in the original sim and calculate optimal betting, giving you a better SCORE.

Ok that makes perfect sense. Thanks as always. I've been getting some confusing data in other instances. Is there a way I can verify I'm using a licensed version of cvdata. I know it's unlikely but it'd be a shame to find out all my head scratchin' was because of a dumb mistake like "didn't use a licensed cvdata".

If it's unlicensed, there will be a demo screen warning when it's started.

When you call CVCX from CVData, the CVCX win rate will be based on an optimal betting unit amount, which depends on your bankroll and Kelly settings. And as Norm noted above, the SCORE will also be optimized based on optimal betting ramp.
