No doubt. I hate to fucking sound like zenking but intermittent fasting, combined with bone broth and vegetable juice and steak eggs and spinach at night has worked wonders for me. I have lost about 10 pounds in 4 weeks have a ton more energy and cant sleep more than 8 hours without waking up and being unable to go back to sleep. Before when i was eating all the time lots of processed stuff i had no energy i would sleep 12+ hours, have to drag myself out of bed, and always felt miserable. Theres plenty of science to back up fasting and i have no emotional, political, or philosophical opinion about it _ i just know that it works, that im lighter and that i have more energy.
You should try it brother mine.
