    CVCX "Insurance Decks Table"

    insurance jpeg.jpg

I want to run a sim with the REKO-I insurance numbers (6 deck game with IRC 0).

Did I fill this table out correctly?

Wasn't sure if Deck 1 meant "this is the box you fill out if you are playing a 1 deck shoe" and Deck 2 meant "this is the box if you are playing a 2 deck shoe".

The insurance decks table is based on number of total decks. If you wish to alter the indices by how far you are into a shoe, you need to use the multi-playing strategy function.

Ok thanks very much. I'm sorry but how do I access the "multi-playing strategy function"? I looked but couldn't find it...

Sorry, that's a CVData function. I didn't actually expect anyone to use REKO-I. Like many parts of the book, it is included for completeness.

No worries. I own CVData. I just need to figure out how to set up multiplaying strategy function in cvdata then?

Yep. There are examples in the playing strategies under my name. It's a pain to set up. But, there is no simple way to create a strategy which has different indices for different sections of the shoe.

    norm and dravot strategies listed.jpg

I see your strategies listed, but I don't see how I can create a REKO-I type set-up. I do see Dravot's strategies are set up with depth-dependent indices however. Which of your strategies would I click on for a depth dependent strategy?

    I think there's a SP21 strategy under Mike Shackleford.
