    Lima, Peru Blackjack

Is anyone familiar with Blackjack in Peru? It seems like the three main casinos that offer it are the Atlantic City Casino, The Fiesta Casino, and the Majestic Casino.

Does anyone have any idea about the rules? CSM's? Which casinos offer the best conditions?

I understand that they are very low stakes.

Normally people don't just share info about locations freely in a forum so your best chances would be through private communication. And since you can't receive PMs for not being a subscriber I suggest you to post an email where people can reach to you.

    Good luck!

My understanding is that the rules are very liberal (full early surrender) but that the penetration is bad. This is based on second hand reports though so I can't say for sure.

A friend of mine got barred in neighboring Colombia very very recently.

I understand that the games are the same in Peru but at (even) lower stakes.

It took 2 full days of play before he was told that he was no longer welcome.

Colombia has some of the best games in the world. Low table maxes though, the highest I saw was $333 USD. Most much lower. You also cannot bring more than 10k usd cash in and out of the country.

My understanding is they do offer tables in Dollars which is at least a little bit of a relief.

The main thing is to get your basic strategy for this rule set before you get there. Most likely you will find H17, DAS, DA2, ES, ENHC, RSA games. At least that is what is common in Colombia (some S17 games with the same rule set). Basic strategy for ES is surrender everything vs ace except 18+, and 8, 9, 10 and 11. Also hit 2,2 in S17 but surrender in H17. Surrender 14, 15 and 16 vs Ten.

When it's ENHC, do you lose all bets if they pull blackjack or only original bets?

    No.
    It depends on the rule.
OBO ( Original Bet Only) rule is same as American rule (Hole Card) exactly (actually slightly different).
