Casino Verite changes
Most users don’t bother with paper manuals these days and many PCs now have no CD drive. So, I’ve made some changes:
1. There is now a download only option. CVBJ, CVData and CVCX have been changed to include PDFs of the manuals and links in the Help menus and on the startup screens.
2. The old CVBJ manual is now available in PDF form only. A new 22 page startup guide has been created. If mail is selected, this is shipped in physical form with a CD. If the download only option is selected, it is delivered in PDF form along with the full manual. The new guide has full color screen prints to aid new users.
3. The CVData and CVCX physical manuals will still be shipped if mail is selected.
4. The CVCX download now includes all CVCX canned sims. This increases the download size to 137MB. Rather large, but most people have decent download speed nowadays.
Note: CV products also contain screen help on each page, balloon help as you move the mouse over options, and animated, spoken intros to many page.
Users of CVBJ V5.5 and above or CVCX/CVData V5 can download free updates that include the PDFs and links.
