Question for Don S (or anyone who knows their BJ library)

I was told my another AP that there are HiLo indices in BJA3 specific to DD games. I went through the table list and index and can't find it. Is it in there? If so, would appreciate a page reference. If not, any idea what book he may have meant?

    Thanks.
