sorry you're right i messed that up. your number of 2 win streaks will be 47.5 of your 1 win streaks, your number of 3 win streaks will be 47.5 of your 2 win streaks etc. My point being that the cards have to have a memory, otherwise over 10,000 hands these numbers would be different every time: 1008 win streaks of 1, 46 of 2, 201 of 3, 2103 of 4, etc. so if the streaks fall into line, you can bank on it, and make money off it. there are other ideas. say on a thursday you get struck by lightning, what are the chances you will get struck again on friday? Slim chance, right? take this idea and maximize it throughout the game, and you can make a sh--ton of money. but whatever, believe what you want to believe. maybe, just maybe, Obama and George W are playing golf together on secret continents we know nothing about. maybe, the bering strait really doesn't connect alaska and siberia at all. i mean, since 1840 the idea of a bridge or train track connecting them has come up over and over without ever having been carried out. why? arent we technologically capable of such a bridge and then some? is the idea of finally connecting all the continents via train really not a big deal? Maybe the idea of them being only 53 miles apart is total bullshit. google it. peace.

by the way, everyone knows martingales don't work--if used consistently or randomly. but how do you know they don't work when other factors are in play? i know for a fact there is some truth in samsnead's idea. but how would you know unless you have exhausted the different possibilities? there are lots of patterns you couldnt dream of that exist. the martingale is a very basic, preschool-like idea, but still applicable if used situationally. there are other patterns that can be seen if you examine. 1 win followed by five or more losses, for example. you could then martingale the bet after the 2nd win of the next 3 win streaks. wow, im just giving it away for free now. i dont know, maybe i wanna throw a bone to the weary and card-counting. But you'll probably never investigate anyway, so what does it matter. By the way, there was no moon present blocking the sun during the eclipse. I was there, just another of nasa's lies. The moon is also see through--over six countries' flags represent the phenoma of stars seen through a crescent or even full moon. Which means: the moon could never block the light of the sun, could never be landed on, could never have secret towers, etc...

Your posts are 3ish in length. Try to shorten them

    1. You cant make money on a martingale.
    2. You can make money on something that looks like a martingale, but requires strong bankroll.

No problem, provided you are prepared to lose money. Only counting will gain you a long term profit.

Would you care to explain this one?

Combining a progression system with card counting will end in tears in the long run. I've seen this many times in high counts as greedy players overbet their bankroll and eventually lose the lot.

The term is loose. Read 3's message below yours. It's cryptic with a hidden message. Think dynamic betting.

Another way of describing it, as a critter said to another counter describing my play........he/she wants us to think he/she is a progression better, but he/she doesn't fool us for a minute. My tally at that store, with lousy conditions, was close to 100k, so it worked for a long time.

Ok, understood. I guess most AP's use static betting. I imagine it would take a while for surveillance to work out what was going on, hence your example.

there is a staggered way to DOMINATE with a martingale. i am talking 27% to 75% winning percentage (depending on the difference between min and max bet allowed at the table.) Meaning, for 100 hands at a 10 dollar table, you would win on average $270 to $750 (per hour.) You will have to think outside of the box. im not saying more than that. There are patterns that counteract blackjack's normal flow of win and loss streaks. Ive custom fit a martingale that, if you guys tried it, would blow your card-counting mind. i was just reading here how someone on a bad streak was down 400 max bets?? this would never happen with what im talking about. I know you will not take me seriously. no matter. "how could we be wrong about this!? our gurus tell us counting is the only way!" That's because you have itching ears that only want to listen to what they have to say. Whatev. peace out

yes a straight martingale used consistently and without discretion is worse than worthless. but i didnt say that. i said a "staggered" martingale. there are different ways to martingale things, and different things to martingale. i wont give away which pattern i use, of course. thats where you have a little faith, and research something new.

Seriously, no one cares. They're all the same.

i could list a series of just a few numbers right now, with a couple sentences of explanation on how to use them, and you would see they work. the proof is in the pudding right? im not here trying to make money off you or sell the formula. false formulas are sold for money, because the formulas cant make money in themselves, and thus must take advantage of the gullible. just offering hope of another way to make money for anyone that might have ears to hear. plus, you can get up and go to the bathroom, get a drink, etc. and the formula still is the same when you get back. the dealer could shuffle the deck every hand, and it wouldnt affect you, because the math is based on patterns of loss streaks, not the count of cards already used. ok, there, i gave you a solid hint. why so hostile?
