ZeeBaba, when you have your next short term negative flux, are you going to move again?

I have the feeling that you will move again at some point in time. If you experience a real bad negative fluctuation I am afraid you might move to Alaska, or some place that requires a ten hour drive to reach a casino.

Meanwhile, I have an idea how you can stop being rated where they already know you anyway, and it could also buy yourself a little more playing time. First I want to make clear the casino will still rate you, but it will be without comps, sort of like a mutual agreement. You need to establish yourself as a compulsive gambler. A good way to do this is to preform a staged act with your wife walking into the casino "separate transportation" looking for you after you been playing for a while and her finding you playing at the tables, she will be holding in her hand the latest mailing offer. Immediately she starts with I knew you were not at the golf course you addict, have her try to grab some of your chips, where she is told to behave by a pit person. She should make a threat about not coming home without the rent money and slamming her handbag into your back while storming out. When she is gone ask the pit person how to get in touch with marketing, because you need these offers too stop.

Great idea until you get to the request. He needs to add that he doesn't want to play rated anymore to ensure that this never happens again. They can take him off the mailing list and still give him offers. As a matter of fact many casinos have gone to E-offers and don't mail anything to most players. Some that tried that determined that isn't as effective as hard copy offers and switched back. I have had some say they would do this and my offers continued to be both Emailed and snail mailed. I can only assume I got a blast Email that went out to everyone and only the lesser players that marketing determined didn't merit the expense of snail mail got the change.

I have imagined that exact scenario for quite sometime just not bold enough to put it into words.

Guys, please drop postings with names of posters in headlines.

I dont think I can do much of anything in the 5 or so casinos I have played the most. They don't even ask me for a players card. They know my name, welcome me and note my buy in amount.

In other places, I just have to resist temptation to give them my card and or refuse one.
