How does everyone handle the stores that scan your ID upon entrance? There is an isolated casino I frequent that is about a 50/50 chance on whether they stop me at the door to scan my ID. So even if backed off while unrated, they still have my name and a nice head shot. I don't believe this to be a networking nor database participant. Caesar's property FWIW.
Passport (no address), go in for a couple minutes. Walk back out telling the security guard you forgot something in your car. Come back in, he's already checked your ID. If you get heat they will rewind the tape to your entry to the casino. What they will see is you walking in without an ID check.
Not saying it's fool proof, just that it's a start. If you're young enough-looking to get IDed then there's not much you can do if you want to go in.
Another thing you can do is get a players card from someone else and flash it to the security guy asking "where can I check my comps"? They may or may not still ID you after that.
