Did I miss something? The only difference I
see is the variable BJ payoffs and an auto-win
    on blackjacks.

    Compared to the classic payoff
    ...

50% of the time your BJ LOSES 50 cents per dollar
25% of the time your BJ WINS 33 cents per dollar
25% of the time your BJ payoff is unaltered.

The unbeaten BJ rule does not negate the large
    loss as per above.

If you need help to see this extremely simple algebraic

solution - it is very easily done by a weighted average.

BJ is not "auto-win": the rules state that a player's BJ pushes a dealer's BJ.

One other important change: the game apparently does not have an Insurance wager.

Also, your calculations of the BJ return are too optimistic: because of the effect of

removal, the 2:1 and 3:2 payouts will occur less than 25% of the time each,

while the 1:1 payout will occur more than 50% of the time.

Thank You DogHand. My quick brute-force
crunch of numbers, in my (aged) head, was
off, as I had paid minimal attention to this
bastardized move to worsen our game.

That was obvious at first glance.

The game is even worse than I had estimated.

House advantage is increased by .57 over normal rules. Jack Cincinnati's current game has a h/a of 1.17%
Game does allow insurance , no auto win on blackjack . dealer /player blackjack is a push.
