"The worst is were it changes the misspelled word into an unintended word making my comment hard to decipher."

Or where it leaves the misspelled word incorrect because it's another (correctly spelled) word but not meant for the present context.

    Sigh.

I understand. But, I have a handicap, too: I can't type! If I were to ever release my posts as first typed, before I proofread, there would be more errors than with most posters here, and that's saying a great big deal! So, maybe you should write a little less and proofread a little more. The result would be infinitely more readable posts that would be more accurate, to boot.

    Just a thought.

I've been polite! People think I like to correct errors. I like to read proper English. And, I correct about 1% of the errors I see every day. If I corrected them all, there would be no hours left in the day. I'm astounded, in general, by people's utter lack of ability to write their own native language correctly. It's very sad. We have members here who think you form the plural of a word by adding 's. One casino, two casino's. We have misspellings by the truckload. We have grammar that a second-grader would be ashamed of. Frankly, it's appalling.

I feel similar Don. Please correct any errors you see in my posts. I occasionally let some ending prepositions and stuff slide, but in general try to write correctly. If I make an error without knowing, I'd like to know so I can learn and stop making it.

    Fenix,

Properly edited, your post would appear as follows:

Don, I feel similarly. Please correct any errors that you see in my posts.
    I occasionally let some
trailing prepositions and stuff "slide", but generally
I try to write correctly. If I make an error without knowing it, I'd like to know
    so
that I can learn to avoid making that error again.

Misfunction at the junction. Check your last line. An egregious error worthy of my righteous indignation.

You've no recourse to indignation. The error (merely a lost intra-phrase space) is anything but egregious.

Egregious is in the eye of the beholder

The motes and nevi of your jaundiced eye must not cloud your judgement or corrupt your syntax.

I believe that comment to be the grammatical equivalent of the 3 and ZMF comments.
