card counting betting spread advice needed! pros here plz help!

Hi pros

I consider myself as an ok card counter, but i just cant win, i believe the problem is at the way i bet at high count. And i hope i get some advice here from an expert

Right now i bet as following at high count

Casino near me only have $15 table, 6d s17 game

So i play $15 at normal count

Tc2 - 2 unit
Tc3- 4 unit
Tc4- 8 unit
Tc5- 12 unit
Tc6- 16 unit
Tc7 and above 20 units

Get out the table at tc negative 2

I strictly follow this But after few month play im down alot right now, from the mathmatical point i believe i shouldnt lose, but why im down alot!

I have a friend told me i shouldnt play this way, what i should do is

i should lower my bet to half after i win a big hand even the counts go up more than the hand i won, and if i lose the secound one, i double what i lost, and if i lost again, i double again, i will win eventually at high count, u chase the bet even the count goes lower than the hand u lost. And u drop u bet once u win a hand, so basically you just chase your bet until you win, u dont care whats the count as long as its positive count… Im so confuse about these strategies now, fix betting system seem more reasonable mathmatically, chase the bet seem too risky, but i lost alot for fix bet

I dont believe this is a very good strategy..First of all, i wouldnt be "lowering" my bet just because you won(esp when the count has risen) and then DOUBLING your bet in ANY positive count just because you lost.(Honestly,no wonder your behind)..This is kinda a counter-productive approach considering your spread above..Perhaps try a spread and strategy like this: Your action will be about the same...

+2($25)
+3(25x25)
+4(50x50)
+5(100x100)

Now perhaps to lower variance(ror), you may want to only double your bets on WINS(not loses)...For example you bet 25x25 at +3 and LOSE and the count goes to +5 i would go back to 25x25.. I would only go to 50x50 if i had won(Note:even at +5)..I know this is NOT optimal betting, but you may sleep better at night and might keep you in the game a little longer until you learn to craft your skills a little better..

You are losing and you do not understand why because you are apparently not well versed in the math (EV/Variance) that can define the range of results to expect and the probability of their occurrence.

Do more study and research, find a mentor, buy the software recommended or all of the above, but get better prepared before taking on the casinos.

Asking what we mean by bankroll management is a BIG tell about the competency of the card counter.

You still have a lot to learn . You can learn them through reading and read the posts here. it doesn't seemed like you have even read one books . first i would advise you to read the free book here .
