The hair on the mask is real.

Can they force you to take the mask off if they figure it out? I would also be using a hat and old guy sunglasses to cover the eye holes, but the mask looks very legit.

Just like the old grandma in the movie Bad Grandpa, You can't even tell its a mask, you know it's not real but you think it's just very good makeup, nope its just a mask (the grandpa indeed is make up)
I think the legality of "Force" you into removing the mask depends upon your jurisdiction. I'd imagine in a place like, Nevada, Iowa, New Jersey, Missouri, and Illinois, they technically could remove it for you if you don't acquiesce.

If I'm not mistaken, basically all of a state's laws are posted on the internet somewhere, it just takes a bit of combing to find the right answer lol.

Wait.....you can't legally wear a hood in WV?

Although I wouldn't go down that road, you could possibly argue b.2 and b.3.

    1. That's private property and the Rio is not in the states you requested.
    2. Its very likely that he had permission FROM the casino beforehand to do this.
    3. He's kind of a celebrity.

Not if it covers any portion of your face. You better leave your KKK hood in the trunk.

Most security guards and police are trained to first look at people's hands to make sure they don't have a weapon. If you come across an observant security guard they may notice you don't have wrinkled hard to match your age!!!

They do, but they are not meant for handling things. At the table, you have to handle chips, fish through your pockets for things, etc. Imagine that you are wearing gloves at the table and you had to handle things. Now imagine that you had to do it without anyone realizing that you are wearing gloves. They may not "see" the gloves, but they will see you handling things as if you were wearing gloves. This would clearly look strange.

Add a shaking hand to the equation and all the fumbling just looks natural. I play with a guy that has such severe shakes that he can hardly place a bet. When he shows up it really slowly the game down just from his poor dexterity.
