Just got flat betted at Ilani a week ago. Had been going there about once a month. Last trip i did pretty well. Count sky rocketed and asked them how many hands i could play. Pit boss said as many as i wanted. I played 5 spots at 400 per spot.
Split 2 and doubled on one. Won all of them. This was in the high limit room and in the past they would only let you play three hands and only if you played them the whole shoe. I dont think this pit boss knew what they were doing letting me go from 1 hand to 5 hands.

Fast forward to a week ago i walked in the casino and slid players card at kiosk for free bets. Walked into high limit room. Vice president of gaming called servalance and i was flat betted within 3 minutes of sitting down.

Of course i colored up and walked around not wanting to leave. I ended up sitting down at UTH table ( yes the carnival game )

Played about 45 min and hit the royal flush for there max payout of 35k. I cant imagine what the conversations that went on when servalence found out who won it.
    Was a crazy night!

You have a lot to learn.
    Every casino has "choke points"
for blackjack. A tiny Native American
joint like that would have barred you
for betting little more than 1/2 of that.

You are probably now listed in O.S.N.
Do not be surprised if you are barred
    at other casinos.

Are you asking a [thoroughly] rhetorical question?

Yeah, there's a few red flags here in your story. All of these added up, you're just ASKING for a flat bet / trespass and to be added in to OSN/etc. So while it was cool to jump out to 5 hands of $400 and split and win and all that craziness... what was really your EV of that trip? A few hundred? A grand? 2 grand (highly unlikely)? Well, now you're flat bet and on their short end of the list of people to watch, and you're probably in OSN/etc for other casinos. Not really worth the exposure, for like $500 in EV, IMO.

As Zen correctly pointed out each casino has a different "tolerance." Some casinos are fine with action of a max bet under $500, some smaller joints lower than that... 5 hands of $400 per spot is going to get you attention, let alone the EXTRA attention you're going to get for being in the high limit room. I'd be curious what your Bankroll, spread/avg bet, and RoR is... I'd be willing to bet your RoR is a bit higher than it should be.
Don't think you have a winning game; know you have a winning game.

I really wasnt trying to hide anything. When the count gets true 19 after an hour of nothing i want to get in while i can. I new the risk and i know not to play some carnival game. 4 in 2.6 million odds worked in my favor after the fact.
Just thought it was a cool story to tell and might be enjoyed.

More likely, maybe he was using a level 2 or 3 count.

Looks like you may have already been ranked with the players card.
