Is there a way to generate indices for freebet using CVD ?

I am assuming that there isn't - if so the second question is can we sim dealer pushing on 22 ?
The closest point to begin with seems a custom bonus on dealer 22 paying -1. This can include DD hands, but runs into a problem with splits.

Am I missing something ?

CVD can't handle dealer push on 22. There's internal code, but no user interface code. I'm not sure how much of a project to make this public.
