    ultimate gambit in CVCX

is there any public software that can sim the "ultimate gambit" from Ian Anderson's Burning the Tables:

    The rules are:
    1. increase your bet only after winning a hand
    2. decrease your bet only after losing a hand
    3. never decrease by more than 50%
    4. never increase by more than parlay.
    5. pretend you don't know basic strategy by always standing on A7 vs 9/10/A and always doubling 10/11.

This became a huge counter tell at one point. Every counter was doing it. It is the betting structure that raised red flags.

I'd have to sim it (and I'm not going to bother), this style of play is very costly, and will likely reduce earnings to the 1-1.5 unit per hour category. Thus, if applied, should only be applied to high betting levels. It's similar, though far from exact, from Don's strategy from years ago, as to how to keep you welcome - the old unit per true count raise - which also keeps you in that 1-1.5 units per hour category.

CVData can do this. CVCX can't. But, as said above, it's very costly.

I was going to mention, though didn't have think cvdata could handle item 5.

I think you would edit the strategy tables for your primary count and change whether to hit/stand/double/etc.

    It's the "pretending" that's difficult.
