Depends on what kind of customer you are. Banks aren't really keen on customers with lots of cash transactions and may be happy to see you go. Banks hate cash. If you make heavy cash transactions, might be best to register a DBA and open a business account. An advantage is that you can open the account under an alias, and even get a credit card with that alias.
Billed to my real name, is a Visa card with an alias.
If you have to use an ATM your trip roll is too small. If they are looking for a name surveillance will often grab it when you pull out id/bank cards.
That was the point of this thread for people needing to reload or tired of carrying large amounts of cash. I have found a way to use an atm in a casino without the card being tied to me or my personal bank account, but it looks like I'm not the only one.
Normally ATM at casinos will charge you very high percentage transaction fee. Just drive to the nearby bank and use ATM there.
Another way around this is use a bank that reimburse you the ATM fees. There are not many of those banks out there but one that I know, Charles Sxhwab Bank, give you unlimited fee rebates from any ATM worldwide. Those reimbursements are in the same day too.
