I did a light search and didn't notice anything on this subject.
What is the thought of using on site atm's. I never use my personal atm card, I do however have a third party type credit card that has my llc's name attached to it.
I have never used an A.T.M. but the other day, in a casino,
I chanced upon a discarded Cash Advance A.T.M. receipt.
It was a $500 transaction plus a $5 fee. One Percent seemed
to me to be a very reasonable fee for a recreational gambler.
I've greatly curtailed my use of ATMs. I generally don't think it's a good idea to make a habit of using them. Too much can go wrong; e.g., machine makes a mistake and you have to hassle with the bank over it. You also have to consider personal safety - you never know when it's going to be you being targeted after a cash withdrawal.
And the number one reason why I don't use them anymore goes back to a real life example that happened to me a couple years ago: I walked up to an ATM. Nobody was in line in front of me. The menu screen was displaying the message: "Would you like to make another transaction?" (Oh Baby! Oh Baby!) The last guy to use this ATM was lucky it was me who was the next user, as I politely indicated "No" to the query...
Not uncommon a mistake. If the screen says "Would you like to make another transaction," it should re-request your pin if you request a transaction. Tellers are on the way out. Crappy job with low pay, and you are either promoted or fired after a short period. But, the physical space costs too much.

I rarely use ATM's anywhere, so I am not sure, but I think most have a ridiculously low withdrawal maximum, don't they?
Opinions and Commentary on the Gaming Industry: The Bear Growls
Withdrawl limits on bank client cards are negotiable. Daily withdrawl limits can be increased significantly, subject to your bank activity and credit FICO score. I've had my daily limits increased to a fairly high level, specifically to cater to the potential trip roll issue. Fortunately, I've never used it.
Yes. Citibank's dropped to $500 because of skimmers making fraudulent withdrawals. It'll probably go up again when everyone has chip cards. I've seen the insides. They hold an astounding amount of cash, and Citi has a tray of $50s. But, think of how many customers they have a day.

Depends on what kind of customer you are. Banks aren't really keen on customers with lots of cash transactions and may be happy to see you go. Banks hate cash. If you make heavy cash transactions, might be best to register a DBA and open a business account. An advantage is that you can open the account under an alias, and even get a credit card with that alias.
