    Gambling Blog by Female AP

    Hi all!

I'm finishing up a book about my life as an AP and in an effort to build an audience I've put up a website, www.rxgamble.com, that includes a blog about advantage play, general gambling, poker and life.

Would love if you stopped by.

    Thanks!

Blog is all backwardsy. Awkward reading the newest entry first, when I haven't read any of them yet. Trying to read through it, I have to go to the oldest post I haven't yet read, then work backwards.

IMO, have links to each blog entry. And not the kind that take you to a new tab.

I did read most of them. I think that you might organize a bit better. Maybe put the gambling ones in one link/area v. the stream of consciousness/life happens ones in a different area..........if that makes sense. You have folks here who might be interested in your various thoughts and life gambling (which seems to go toward poker and blackjack) v. the other areas. I'm not telling you how to blog, and your writing..........like most folks' lives.........varies quite a bit as to substance, subject, and tenor. It just might help to group them a bit better. Constructive thoughts; nothing intentioned rudely.

Agree with all you said. I designed the site myself and the template doesn't allow me to really group them any better than I tried to do on the Archives page (not sure you visited that page www.rxgamble.com/archives). I may have to re-design with a new template. Again, appreciate the feedback.

Do you know who says I played well, played for a year, and lost 500k. That's like me saying I hole carded for a month, everyday, and lost 500k betting $1000 per hand, 3 squares. Doesn't happen!

I played in a 200/400 no limit poker game with a 50k buy-in. After a year I was down ten buy-ins. Shit happens.

About Blackjack: The Forum

BJTF is an advantage player site based on the principles of comity. That is, civil and considerate behavior for the mutual benefit of all involved. The goal of advantage play is the legal extraction of funds from gaming establishments by gaining a mathematic advantage and developing the skills required to use that advantage. To maximize our success, it is important to understand that we are all on the same side. Personal conflicts simply get in the way of our goals.
