    I was referring to counterfeited passports. That being said, some stores will reject passports as ID for some ridiculous reason.

    Actually, passports are preferable.
    They have no home address listed.

    Why does home address matter? I thought name and photo would be the bits they'd want.

    Fenix,

    Home addresses can be cross-referenced if the address has been re-used and
    most do just that because they want mailed comp' offers AND because mail
    that is delivered to a random or fictitious address could be returned, though
    undelivered mass mailings themselves are just shit-canned I believe.

    Also, some of the promotions require non-local or local address.
