    Cool Setting COB 6 Deck

I have enjoyed this software tremendously but have relatively simple questions. I am interested in making an advanced betting strategy using COB 6 deck. I have practiced using an initial RC index of -20.
    1. What settings can I use instead of using the positive values?
    2. How can I apply this modification to other COB strategies such as 4 deck and 2 deck?
    3. I would not rather change to another strategy as I have trained my eye partially to this strategy.

"1. What settings can I use instead of using the positive values?"

You will need to create user based playing strategy in Casino Verite Blackjack. Under "Starting Count by Deck" in Count set the starting count for six deck to -20. You will need to subtract -20 for the insurance index as well under the "Insurance Deck Table". Casino Verite has the "Starting Count by Deck" set to 0 as default. You will need to do this for each individual decks.

"2. How can I apply this modification to other COB strategies such as 4 deck and 2 deck?"

Repeat the above steps for 4 deck and 2 deck using a different initial RC index.

I use both the true count for betting and true count for playing. Here is how it works: Using an initial running count of zero I know that running count of 9 is equal to the true count 1 when one decks has been played. I subtract one for every half decks I see. If I know that when one deck has been played and that the running count of 9 is equal to 1 I know that if half decks is played you need a running count of 8 to get approximately TC = 1 ( subtract one for every half decks seen). For every whole decks played I add three for every decks I see. You add 3 to 9 to get 12 for 2 decks in the rack. If 1 and 1/2 decks are played I subtract 1 from 12 to get the TC of 1(RC = 11). I do that for every decks and half decks I see. If I am playing a game with a higher house edge I use a running count that is halfway between my IRC and pivot. This way it will give you a TC of equal to +2. For example, if my IRC = 0 and my pivot is 24 which equals to TC of 4. I take a half of 24 which equals 12. Add 2 for every decks played. For the first deck played when the running count reach +14 I know the true count is +2. I add +2 for every decks I see and subtract 1 for every half decks. If two decks has been played I add +4 because for every deck you +2 which give a running count of +16. If one and half decks has been played I subtract 1 from 16 which equals 15. For betting I convert my true count to running count. You can also start your running count at +12 to get TC of 1.6.

A running count of 19 give you true count of 3 at the first deck. For each deck you see add 1. For two decks played running count 20 give you TC = 3.

For negative TC I know that when the running count reach -2 I know that my TC is -1.2 You add +5 for every whole decks you see and it will give you -1.2. I use those negative TC as a reference to wong out of shoes.

For playing I convert the True Counted playing indices to running count for every individual decks. This way you can extract 90% from True Counted version of KO combining both the true count conversions for betting and true count conversions for playing.

Right now I am currently practicing and mastering a level 3 count system. So I am not currently using my version of TKO right now.

    Hope that helps.
