    Newbie : Trespassed help!

    Hey guys,

    Newbie here,
I've recently gotten into counting (about 80 hours logged) and visited a local Indian store in Socal.

I got backed off while spreading 2x10 to 2x60 (lol, I saw the dealer rat me out right in front of me). They asked me for my ID, I refused and told them I was leaving.

Yesterday I received a letter in the mail trespassing me from this store. I wasn't playing rated so I figured they tracked my down with my license plates?
Anyways, my question is, if I were to go back to this casino and get caught, would I be able to play dumb and act as if I never received the mail about my trespass?

    Thanks!

You have a much bigger problem. Apparently, they have put your name, address, car license plate and photo on some kind of counters database. You are not only toast in this casino but many.

I'm underaged so there aren't many options for me just yet. Yeah I was pretty baffled that this massive casino would trespass me for a spread this small lmao.

It was actually a buddy of mine who received this, I was just backed off with him that day. Funny thing is, he doesn't even count. He was just associated with me and they sent him this letter. Would I expect to receive the same treatment? Could they arrest me if I did go back? I'm not too familiar with Indian rules.

Lets say he does decide to start learning the AP ways, is he completely screwed in terms of play-able stores in the area?
What would be the next rational move for him?

    Thanks!

What did you do to proceed? Did you ever go back to the store again? This being my second back-off, I'm not completely familiar with how seriously I should take this.

    Thanks!

Your buddy is risking jail time if he goes back to the same casino. Since you did not receive a letter, just a plain backoff, you can go back to play.

What do you mean by "underaged" ?

Edit: Nvm. I know where you were playing. Definitely best not to return, whether you legally can or not. Of the 3 choices, that's the worst casino to play.

I did not notice the underage thing. If you are under age of 21 (18 at some casinos), you shouldn't play at any casino.

Yeah I figured this after their reaction. It's just annoying since I'm limited to specific casinos. Thanks for your input.

    Let's see here:

    1. Paranoid casino, backed off with a 1-6 spread
    2. Letter was sent
    3. They track your car
    4. Indian Casino (meaning rights severely limited)
    5. And, OMG, underage!

Even if you weren't underage, it would not be worth playing here. It doesn't matter that they don't know your actual car and address. They do know your face, and that's all they'll need to keep you from playing. You've basically just been given every possible reason to not go back. The only way that your situation could possibly be worse is if they had your real name/address.

Why is that? I don't see a problem if it's completely legal for me to play there. Is there something I'm missing?

    Thanks
