    It is not JUST better than other casino software, it is a quantum leap better. And yes, it is expanding rapidly into a credit card system with an additional data input of consumer information.

    Harrah's level of tolerance for counters is a function of the specific market they are in. It is never good but it does vary.

    This presumes that surveillance exists only to catch counters. It assumes that catching counters is a major purpose of surveillance. This is incorrect.

    With a modest spread, short sessions and such means, there are a lot of counters who use players card, a lot of counters with players card playing while another non-players card counters get ejected. Surveillance has much more important stuff to do and in their list of priorities, catching BJ counters is probably not among the top three. After all, they have to watch for employee theft, crime, drug deals, prostitution, harassment, lewd behavior, parking lots and more.
