Error happens when trying to import strategy from CVBJ into Drills app

Hi Norm, I'm having a little trouble importing my strategy into the Drills app (iPhone version). I successfully upgraded CVBJ from 5.5 to 5.6, and found the export button, got the code number. When I'm on the Drills app, I enter code number, and it says "File could not be read: undefined". I tried waiting a few minutes (in case the internet tubes were clogged) and it still didn't work. Any suggestions? The apps look awesome though.

Are you connected to the Internet? Does the versin number on the Home Page say 1.1.8?

Both phone and computer connected to internet. Version number is 1.1.8.

I also tried again after restarting my computer, it still didn't work.

And just to be sure, I tried several times, carefully triple-checking each time I entered the numbers. I tried to export/import 2 different strategies.

I still have my CVBJ 5.5 disk (somewhere). Should I try un-installing and re-installing CVBJ and/or the phone app?

Is it possible the app can't handle a balanced ace side count?

I can import the strategy on my iPod. It's got to be a communications problem.

My balanced side count is not in there, I dont think Norm's software can deal with that. It's just a normal single parameter count I'm trying to import

While my problem is not yet fixed, I just want to publicly thank Norm for his help and going the extra mile. We've gone back and forth a bunch of times through email to try to figure it out. It's probably some dumb setting somewhere on my phone causing the problem.

Import Strategy Succeeded to Android Samsung Phone, Failed to Tablet

Import Strategy succeeded to Android (Samsung Galaxy S4), by installing CVBJ 5.6 Demo.
It failed to tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tap Pro). CV Drill do not allow enter code. Cursor do not move.
Anyway, I have to go back to CVBJ 5.0, unless I want to upgrade to 5.6.
    Any suggestion ?

Has to be a Samsung problem. They nearly always have bugs in new releases, which are later fixed.
