Many of the posters to this website can/could tell you who runs it.
Likewise, many of us can/could tell you who they believe own the legal rights to the domain name, as well as any and all I.P. rights to it.
However, the more relevant inquiries involve whether any of us will/would share that information (obviously excluding a certain sleep-deprived septuagenarian who has already done so), and why an attorney would not directly contact the individual specified at the bottom of each page as the holder/owner of the copyright rights to this website.
Just my two cents worth, without any correlation to my hourly billing rate.
Please treat this post as my response to your nearly identical post in the other thread you originated: “Attorney interested in who runs this forum”.

Haha that 8D discard tray reminds me of the time I played in a 6D blackjack game at a table meant for pai GAO, or whatever, so the discard tray couldn't fit many decks. The dealer, to make it easier for himself on the shuffle, stacked the discards into fairly even 1 deck segments, on the far end of the table. Good times for shuffle tracking and counting a like.

left the coushatta lake charles area to avoid the hurricane and was playing blackjack there at eldorado shreveport yesterday. today the hurricane shut us down and tomorrow the casino will be open again. my room is paid for up til sunday. there were 2 $25 shoe games, (too high for my roll) and 1 $15 shoe game. nothing lower with 3-2 payouts but there were a couple of 1 deck games paying 6-5 which are sucker games.
i sat in the $15 shoe game, and starting losing right off and eventually on a good count put out 3 bet of $75 each and lost, and by the end of the first few shoes was out almost $700. later rebought $1000 more and during the next good count (plus 12 running count with about 60% of the 6 decks out and im thinking they shuffle at about 70-75%) i put out 3 bets of $200 each to get unstuck. luckily i didnt lose, and on the 2nd try recovered it and then dramatically reduced the bet to 3 spots of $15 each to disguise the fact i knew the count. played a few more shoes and didnt quit til another player finally came to join. (and also waited for the count to go negative). was lucky to be able to play alone for so long, i thought the lower stakes would be crowded. the 2 $25 games had seats open too.
ended up winning right over $400. played without a card the entire time, wondering if this looks suspicious
if any other guys here at extremely good at live BJ id like to meet them
