    International Play

I was just curious about blackjack conditions outside of the US. Is it worth going through everything needed to get there and play? And by there im not even sure where lol. How is, say, Europe compared to the US when it comes to quantity/ quality of games?

Is it harder or easier to get say 2x600 down than the US? What do they do to card counters? Back off, 86, arrest? I've never left the US except to take a cruise, but ive heard that there are a lot of places to play in general outside of the US... i just don't know where to start. Im a black chip player going up to anywhere from 2x400 to 2x1000 depending on casino conditions (in the US)

Then, not even really blackjack related, is it hard to travel with 50-100k? What's the best way to do that? Cash? Wire? Do you get hassels with it?

Any tips/ advice would be greatly appreciated.
May the Variance be with you.

You wouldn't like bj in Europe. Totally different than US. No hole card , dealer acts on his/her hand after all decision made. So on so forth.

From what I have read on the internet Western Europe is mostly devoid of good games. Eastern Europe has some opportunities.

Sorry I can't pin-point it, but there are some interesting gambling with an edge radio shows with smallcapgrowth that talks about international play and some of its nuances (ie: travel with cash / banking / etc.).

Safe to say the answer is wildly inconsistent for each of your questions. It's a big world.

Can anyone enlighten us as to what country is good to play at? Not the actual good games, but like if someone asked me how is bj in the states, i would tell them there are a shit ton of casinos to hit up, some good games some not so good. I would tell them that. I wouldnt tell them gems, but its true there are a ton of places to play with decent rules. Can anyone on here give some general rules on certain countries to play?

Richard munchkin said on gambling with an edge that there are still some really good opportunities for international play, but he didnt say which countries as bob the video poker champ took munchkin off his tangent...

Europe, asia, china, south america, Australia, how are these countries for blackjack in general? If someone asked me how the US was for bj in general i would say that they could find mediocre to decent games with 2, 6, or 8 decks with mostly H17 with some S17 at higher stakes. Thats kind of what im asking about all the other countries with this post. That and how the heat/ back offs or 86 goes, carrying money or wiring, etc etc.

This is the one: http://www.gamblingwithanedge.com/ga...unter-smallcap. Would be a good (and entertaining) starting point for the OP.

Panama has great games too but the 5% cashout tax is a real pain in the ass. Colombia also has a 25% cashout tax on cashouts above $600 usd. I hear the dominican is pretty good (ES10).

Hi Blueman, Australian conditions unplayable. Not many casinos. CSM's populate the main floors. Mostly 8 deckers in the HL rooms with poor pen, double 9,10,11 only with no surrender.
