Free Android app or PC Software?

Hello all,

From what I can tell, CVCX, CVBJ and similar softwares are all very in depth and very good, however, they are not free and a little overkill for what I'm looking for. So my question is, does anyone know any good free apps/software that simply just deals a very real casino like game of BJ? I'm fairly new to the game and to counting (3 to 4 months) and not really looking to invest any money just yet, so I was hoping just for a fun way to practice. I don't really need all the statistics of every possible outcome or any of the other fancy stuff, just a game that is dealt out and shuffled after however many cards are dealt. Really just something I can use to practice my count while actually playing BJ.

iPhone has a free app that appears to deal out a single deck game and shuffles after about 30-34 cards (has a shuffle/cut card and everything, it's pretty neat) but I don't have an iPhone and the only ones I can find are basically an electronic version of a multi-deck CSM, which isn't countable and therefor no help (aside from practicing BS I guess...)

Anyone have any suggestions for me?

A few years ago, I purchased Android App at $2.00 which I could define tag value for each ranks same as my count, before got new Samsung phone.
Currently, I have CVBJ Drill on my tablet and smart phone which I paid $15.00. (Full range of CV family software on my notebook.)

For Android, the Blackjack 21 app by AbZorba Games BetriebsgmbH deals four rounds out of a four deck shoe. With a full table it's like 50% pen.

Do you know if it's possible to change the pen or any rules? I just found out the iPhone one I mentioned in OP has way more options than I thought lol, things like the hi-lo count, change # decks, change a couple different rules (S17, H17, Insurance, etc.) so it's pretty neat. Still looking for something similar on Android

I think I came across a hi-lo app or two when I was looking for one too. I never tried any of them because I don't use hi-lo. I didn't find any free ones that allow any other counting system and allow you to play. The only free-ish one I ended up using was Card Counter, but it doesn't allow for play, just displays a bunch of cards and asks you the count. I eventually got Norm's app and really like it.

Haha, yeah I had that Card Counter one too, it's super boring after like 5 minutes... Oh well, guess I'll just stick with good ol' real cards

For Android and card counting practice, try: Advantage Blackjack by darkwoodlabs (off Play Store) OR Count'em Blackjack Pro 2 (there is a free version but the full version is VERY low cost) More than Hi-Lo counts offered. You can change settings and decks/speeds.

When I purchased Norm's software I realized I had made a mistake wasting my time with the inferior free apps that are out there.....
It is really a question of if you are serious about this craft or just want to play around....
