Seeking info on the workings of a CSM

I am seeking info on the workings of a CSM

More specifically, I want to know this:

If the dealer puts the spent cards back into

the C S M after every round, how long does

it take before those cards are able to appear

    on the felt.

I have recently received two distinctly diverse

opinions (stated as fact) concerning this issue.

I believe that the earliest they could appear is around 15 cards later.

I have been told that the "shuffling" is truly continual so that any card can reappear immediately.

I have also been told that the cards can be unavailable for several rounds, depending upon the

number of spots (boxes) being dealt to.

Well there is a pile of around 14 cards that gets pushed down into the front of csm,so i don't think a card can reappear before that.

So ... if, for example, one plays heads-up on 3 spots the 11 cards (average)
that are exposed are NOT reintroduced to the decks of cards for just 1 round ?

As anecdote on June 24, 2015 I saw a dealer empty the csm ! She usually waited half shoe before reuse cards.
Unfortunately it was only second time I played. I didn't count.

I have seen numerous times , there are about 12-15 cards in the buffer .which is the preloaded cards in the front.

New CSM models are truly random and impossible to play against.
Old models are as beatable as a one pass R&R.
